Extension Helps You With...
When you support UGA Family and Consumer Sciences Extension estate planning education programs, participants learn how to reduce or avoid conflict within families over distribution of non-titled estate property and title assets for effective and efficient distribution, which allows assets to be distributed in a timely manner, prevents the break-up of families over disputes, reduces family stress, and encourages families to create estate planning documents. This reduces stress on overburdened probate courts and helps those involved in settling estates remain productive in the labor force.
